Thank you for choosing Parkview's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We employ some of the best counselors in the region!  We will do our best to match you with the most appropriate counselor for your specific situation.

Cheryl Gratz, MSSW, ACSW, LSW
Cheryl Gratz is the manager of the Parkview Employee Assistance Program.  Her areas of specialty include: Crisis Care Counseling, Substance Abuse Program Counseling, Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, ADD and ADHD, Grief Counseling and Behavioral Health Issues.
  • She has provided counseling services for 20 years with EAP and Parkview Behavioral Health.
  • She is an active member of the Ethics Committee for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) in Indiana.

Dr. Dave Johnson, PhD, RN, LMFT, LCSW
Dr. Johnson provides consultations, presentations and publications on topics such as Critical Incident Stress, Leadership, Peak Performance, Stress Management, Team-Building, Parenting, Corporate Change and other motivational issues.

  • He has provided mental health counseling services to over 300 families per year and has worked with over 150 local and regional organizations.
  • Dr. Johnson weaves stories and anecdotes that reveal the nature of stress and time management in juggling work and family and strategies for maintaining one’s sense of humor and perspective.

Matt Givens, MSM, MSEd, LMFT, MBA
Matt Givens specializes in anger management, working with adults, couples and families and helping with financial matters. Presentations include: Conflict Resolution and Stress Management.

  • He has provided counseling services for the last 3 years with Parkview EAP. 
  • He has experience as an outpatient therapist in a community mental health clinic.

Cheryl Perry Confer, MS, LMHC, NCC, ICAC II, MAC
Cherry Perry has 20 years of experience in mental health counseling with couples and families.

  • Provided counseling services for 20 years in mental health counseling.
  • 18 years of experience in employee assistance programs.
  • Cheryl incorporates biblical principles into the counseling process for those interested in a Christian perspective.

Diane Kennedy, BS, Financial Educator
Diane Kennedy has experience working in the field of consumer finance, specializing in debt management, foreclosure and bankruptcy counseling.

  • Earned the CFC Financial Counselor Certification from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA).
  • Certified as a Loss Mitigation Specialist by Housing Urban Development (HUD).
  • 20 years banking experience in the areas of commercial lending, audit and loan review.
  • Serves as an advocate for her clients and a knowledgeable link to community resources.

Mary Jo Todoran, MSSW, ACSW, LCSW
Mary Jo Todoran works with children and adults experiencing depression, anxiety and panic disorders, grief and loss, abuse or trauma issues, as well as relationship and spiritual issues. 

  • She is trained in using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for the treatment of traumatic stress.
  • Working as a student assistance program counselor at a local university campus and as an employee assistance program counselor.  Providing counseling services in the community for the past 17 years.

Floie Stouder, MA, LCSW
Floie Stouder’s specialties include working with adolescents and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, bulimia, compulsive over-eating, emotional, physical, sexual abuse and spiritual issues.

  • Currently working with campus universities as a student assistance counselor.
  • 22 years experience in clinical social work, marriage and family counseling.
