- With three clinics located in Allen County; one located on the north end of town, one located south, near the airport and one in central Fort Wayne on East State Blvd, we are committed to serve our entire community. The central clinic is where our Physical Therapy services are performed. Providing coverage 24 hours a day, 6 days per week, the central location is open Monday 7:00 a.m. through Saturday 1:00 p.m. A majority of services can be acquired at this clinic, saving time and money by lower utilization of an Emergency Room. This is important to you as an employer trying to reduce healthcare costs. Parkview Occupational Health also has clinics located in the counties of Huntington, Lagrange, Noble and Whitley open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Also available to designated employer representatives is company specific information through a program called “iSystoc” allowing 24 hour access to employee information. Information in this program includes drug screening results, treatment records of injured employees and other various reporting options. Information is available to you in real-time. All access is compliant with HIPAA requirements.
