Workability Exam
Workability Exams determine if your employee can safely return to work after an extended absence. The exam can be performed for a work related injury/illness or a non-work related injury/illness. Workability exams validate that the employee is able to return to work and perform the necessary duties after a medical leave. In the case of a non-work related incident, the medical staff will review the employee’s medical history and a return-to-work slip from their family physician.
