Post-offer Physical Ability Tests are designed to help companies match an applicant with the appropriate job. Our certified physical therapist will develop a specific test based on the essential functions of the job. Job-simulating tests are created for each of those functions. Employees are tested to determine if they are able to meet the physical demands of the essential job functions. Parkview Occupational Health will confirm whether the applicant is able to perform the essential job functions. Parkview Occupational Health does not determine if the applicant passes or fails the testing protocol. All testing results are sent immediately to the client for review.
