Ms. Lenhof is the Wellness Coordinator for Parkview Workplace Wellness. Prior to her work with Parkview, she served as the Health and Wellness Manager for Koscuisko Community Hospital. With over 12 years experience, Ms. Lenhof has worked with hundreds of companies designing and implementing successful screening events and comprehensive follow-up interventions. Ms. Lenhof has a B.S. in Health Science and carries various wellness certifications allowing her to consult, teach and coach on a variety of wellness topics.
Amber Street
Wellness Coach, Parkview Workplace Wellness
Ms. Street has served as a Wellness Coach for Parkview Workplace Wellness for 3 years. She has a B.S. in Health Science and is a certified American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid Instructor, a Freedom From Smoking Certified Facilitator and a Wellness Mapping 360 Certified Wellness Coach. Ms. Street excels as an on-site health coach for local businesses. In this role she works as a consultant with the companies to build wellness programs specific to their workforce and provides a consistent presence for employees.
Linda Kerr, RN, MS, NP-C
Nurse practitioner, Parkview’s Women’s Health Center and Wellness
Ms. Kerr, nurse practitioner for Parkview’s Women’s Health Center and Wellness has over 30 years experience in working with individuals and groups interested in making lifestyle changes. Her areas of expertise include clinical assessment, neuromuscular rehabilitation, smoking cessation and weight management. She has an MS in nursing and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Felicia Blair
Wellness Coach, Parkview Workplace Wellness
Ms. Blair serves as one of the Wellness Coaches for Parkview Workplaces Wellness. She is a recent graduate from Ball State University with a B.S. in Health Science and CHES certified. Felicia served as a Peer Health Educator on campus providing health educational materials for students. She is a member of the National Health Science Honorary Eta Sigma Gamma and also a member of the Indiana Society of Public Health Education.
Courtney Berger
Wellness Coach, Parkview Workplace Wellness
Ms. Berger serves as a Wellness Coach for Workplace Wellness. She has a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from Huntington University. Courtney has worked as a personal trainer for more than five years, helping individuals at various activity levels and ability to become engaged in making positive life changes. She has also been instrumental in designing and instructing an exercise program for local cancer patients.
