Parkview Workplace Wellness offers a 12-week weight management program for individuals who want to lose weight or simply to learn a healthier way to maintain their current weight.
This complete program includes three private consultations with a health coach and nine group sessions. Program content includes nutrition, fitness and behavior change related to weight loss. Compliant participants can expect to lose one to two pounds per week and acquire the skills that will help them to continue weight loss after the program has ended.
